Billing, cancellation, and other disclosures: Membership fees cover Showrilly’s platform tools and publishing services. Showrilly does not guarantee meetings, employment, representation, or any specific outcome. To avoid renewal, cancel before your next billing date. If you cancel within 10 business days of any payment, or within 10 business days of the date your concept first goes live, whichever is later, you’ll receive a full refund of all fees paid for that term, including the $49 Publish Fee. If you cancel, your concept will be unpublished from the Pitch Room. You can keep it in your account for later, or delete it at any time. Additional disclosures are described in California’s Talent Services law (AB 1319).

You only pay when you’re ready to publish your first concept in the Pitch Room. On a monthly plan, Month 1 is $49, including the one-time Publish Fee. After that, Creator renews at $19/month and Showrunner at $29/month. The Publish Fee is waived on 6- and 12-month plans.
The Publish Fee is a one-time activation charge when your first concept goes live on a monthly plan. It is included in the $49 first-month payment and is never charged again on the same account. It is waived on 6- and 12-month plans.
Your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period. After that, your live concepts will be unpublished from the Pitch Room but will remain saved in your account until you republish or delete them. If you return with the same account, you will not pay the Publish Fee again. Refunds are available within the applicable 10-business-day window described in our cancellation terms.
Creator is for publishing and tracking one live concept at a time. Showrunner is for creators building a slate, with unlimited live concepts, Producer Insights, and a public Creator Page with a custom URL.
